The index exists because the existing "best hair loss treatment" pages compare four providers, once a year, from a press kit.

It is built and maintained by one person, not a medical team, and makes no medical claims. What it does is read every provider's own pricing page, write down the number and the terms, and re-read them every month. The changelog is the track record; every change to a price or a method is logged there with a date.
